Do you model our projects?
No. Your team keeps designing and modeling. We set up and look after the standards, templates, families and tools they work with. The exception is shop drawings, which we draw for contractors and their subs.
Do you work outside Texas?
Yes. We work remotely with firms across the U.S.
How do retainer hours work?
You pick a monthly block of hours based on how much support your firm needs. If your workload changes, we adjust the block.
What does it cost?
Retainers are priced by monthly hours. Project work is quoted by scope. After an intro call, we'll send a proposal with a clear price.
Who owns the work?
What we build for your firm is yours to use. The details are spelled out in every proposal.
